Simple, Transparent, and Hassle-Free

At Partners in Energy (PiE), we believe that switching to solar or upgrading your energy solutions should be a seamless experience. Our process is designed to ensure you get the best system for your needs while making the journey as smooth as possible. From your first enquiry to post-installation support, we’re with you every step of the way.

Step 1. Contact & Collect

  • Contact PiE via phone, email, SMS, our Socials or Whatsapp – Whatever works best for you!

  • We collect couple of simple, key pieces of information to help us begin preparing a proposal for you. Please provide your last 6 months of electricity bills and a photo of your switchboard.

Step 2. Consult & Site Check

  • We arrange a consultation at a time that suits you to discuss your current energy use and future plans for your property.

  • Site Visit: Unlike many providers, PiE always conducts a pre-installation site check to ensure our proposed system is the perfect fit and will deliver the savings you expect.

Step 3. Lock It in with PiE!

  • Once you’re happy with our proposal, approving it is as simple as clicking a button!

  • Finance Options: If you’re considering finance, we’ll connect you with our trusted Finance Partners to explore the best options for your budget.

Step 4. Install Day!

  • On installation day, one of our passionate and skilled crews—led by a Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Approved Installer—will deliver a high-quality installation.
  • Once installed, our Lead Installer will walk you through how your system works and show you how to monitor performance using apps.

Step 5. Ongoing Support

  • System Documentation: Our Design and Operations Guru, Kenny, will provide you with a complete system manual, including: Warranties, Compliance certificates and next steps for setting up a smart meter.

  • Ongoing Support: We pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive. If you ever have questions or need assistance, we’re just a call or message away!
